Stop Outlook Notifications from 5p-9a

Is there any way I can stop Outlook (or Gmail if I can do it to just one account) from sending notifications (or syncing in general) outside business hours?

Settings/Device/Blocking mode/Turn off notifications. Set the time you want them turned off.

There are apps that can do finer "granulation" - notifications for a specific email account, etc.

It does not appear to be an option through settings.
