Trade In Kit

I have a Pixel 2XL on order, which just shipped yesterday. I received an email on Oct 4th that my trade in kit had shipped, but I still haven't received it.

Is anybody else still waiting on their trade in kit?

Even though I cancelled my order, I got my trade in kit early last week.

The "Trade-In Kit" is just a 6" x 10" white window envelope with the Google logo at top left and gray "Trade In" at bottom left. It is barely 3/16" thick and could be easily mistaken for junk mail.

This is correct. My XL 2 was delivered today and I've had my trade-in kit for about 3 weeks already.

I have heard this in other forums, but I am the only one that goes through our mail, and I go through every piece before shredding junk. Pretty sure I would have seen it if it did indeed arrive. Guess I need to call Google for another.
