bug report captured??

Does anyone know why this keeps coming up and how to disable it? I am getting it every other day. I only get the option to share it, doesn't give any criteria or reason why it's coming up.

Ok so I finally viewed a sample and it's just a screenshot of weather network app...

Hi there

1. Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom of the menu
2. If you see "Developer options" go to step 3
2a. If you do not see Developer options, select About phone, scroll to the bottom of the menu
2b. Press "Build number" seven times, this will make you a developer.
2c. Go back and scroll to the bottom of Settings
3. Enter Developer options menu
4. Uncheck USB deugging
You've now deactivated the Bug Reports
