Back or Return key issue in Samsung galaxy grand prime.

There is problem with my return or back key (one of three keys not on the touch screen) in samsung galaxy grand prime. It seems it is pressed all the time. Whenever I open any option, it just goes back. And whenever I am willing pressing it to go back, its not working.

Please help me out of this.

Since those keys are capacitive buttons under the screen, if one of them is failing, it's most likely a hardware issue and you'll need to get the phone serviced and the buttons repaired/replaced.

To see if this is the case, try booting up your phone in Safe Mode. Does it do the same with the back button?
