Note 4 settings on t-mobile sucks

I was watching a first impressions video on technobuffalo shows the setting page as 4 different pages vs 1 big one like t-mobile. Why can't they change it back?

Yes, both list and tab view are available on the note 3

You can't do it on the TMO Note 3.

OK, I thought that there were differences in the versions that were released on the different carriers.
