Says I'm still on 5.0.1, Google Now Launcher doesn't show an update. I didn't get a prompt for any kind of system update, but it might have happened behind the scenes. It happened suddenly in the 45 minutes I left my phone away on the charger, this morning.

Just curious... Shows I'm on build LRX22C, if that means anything. Should just Google that build probably... Lol

The Google Now launcher did shift to a vertical scrolling app drawer. You probably got an update to either the launcher, or probably Play Services.

Ahh, it was the Google App itself. I just updated that App in my Nexus 7 and now its the same. I checked just before updating and it wasn't changed yet.

It's not a problem, it's simple, what you need to do is go to Setting>System>About Device>Software updates>Tick on "Auto update". then in future if there is a new update, then it will alert you to update date. If you prefer to update it only via WiFi, then Tick on Wi-Fi only.
