note pro verizon and call

Dear all,
I bought the Verizon version and I can't find the way to make call with it... Any idea why? I don't see the app to dial the numbers...

Also I'm using it with an Italian sim card and he is telling me this notification: tablet activation. The sim card is from an unknown source.

Please help me hehe

The Galaxy Note Pro is a tablet, not a phone. All Verizon can provide is a data connection, not phone service.

I am sure I have read of a phone-call function on the 3G/4G Note Pro.
This review certainly mentions a phone dialler:

But maybe it depends on the carrier, and which sim is in the tablet.

I use Skype and it works great. There are other similar programs you c I understand use to.

Just having the Verizon tablet won't let you make calls. Verizon doesn't offer that feature. You can use the 4G connection from Verizon to use some VOIP app, be it Skype or something else. It is not designed or meant to act as your main mobile phone.
