Is it worth upgrading to s10 from s9 plus?

No. Wait for s11 plus. Yearly upgrades aren't worth anymore.

My Husband had the S9 & he traded it in on a S10+. I was surprised as he only changes phone every 2-4 years. This time it was less than a year. He was intrigued with the camera specs, so that was his motivation. I think the 550.00 trade in for his s9 & free Galaxy Ear Buds was a key factor in his decision. He is happy with his choice.

I have the S9+. After setting up his phone & exploring the features I was satisfied that I kept my phone. I'll wait for the S11 or later.

I think it comes down to if there is feature that is really appealing or useful to you, then when the price is right grab it. Otherwise...wait. I'd rather be blown away by several new features, than just a bump in what I already have, but that's just me.
