Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 is connected to WiFi, but not connected to network?

I have a really strong wifi connection, erased my Cache, reset my date/time, and restarted. I have no idea what else to do. It says "network error," or "Cannot connect to a network, please try again later." Is there something I need to reset? This happened out of the blue, it was working fine a few weeks ago. I appreciate any help! All my books are on here and I need them for school! Thank you!
