Making ringtones and they don't play

Hello all,

I'm needing help with making ringtones. Or rather, making my songs into ringtones. I have tried ringdroid, and ringtone maker, and like 10 others that I've installed and uninstalled. The problem is, I go in to make a ringtone, create one, save it, then when I select for it to play or be a ringtone it won't play. I made a 15 second ringtone and it made a "bop" sound for a millisecond, then stopped playing. I've tried doing different lengths, songs, types (ringtone and notification) and nothing works. I've used ringdroid and ringtone maker to make ringtones before (and those worked then and do now) but anything new I try to create won't play. :-\

Where are you saving the already made ringtone to ? To the device? To the SDcard ? It makes a difference.
Try taking your SDcard out and using ringdroid. make sure you save to the device ...

I tried saving with and without the sd card in...didn't make a difference, the ringtones still don't play.

Did you try to factory reset the device ?
