Kies Error

Just received my new Note 3. I am trying to use Kies. It makes the connection and tells me to input pin. When I do so it tells me incorrect pin. I have tried everything.

What happens when you disable the pin protection?

Hmmmm, I don't recall it asking for a Pin #..
Are you entering a Pin from your old phone??
