I'm not sure why I have concerns about it. Usually I'm quick to try and hack my electronics but for some reason I've been reluctant to root my Droid. Maybe I just love it too much! But I'll probably end up doing it soon now that 2.1 seems far away.

Rooting is really easy and going back to stock (Unroot) is also easy.
