AC Asks: What's your favorite Twitter client?

I was a Seesmic fan until Touiteur came along. Now it's the paid version of Touiteur for me. Seesmic's great, and I love the whacky guys that produce it, but Touiteur just seems to be a little more in-line with the way my brain operates.

Seesmic's still on my Nexus One for backup, but it's Touiteur that gets auto-loaded on startup and running in the background all day long.

I've tried Twidroid, Seesmic, and Touiter. My daily go to is Seesmic. It's simple, has all the features I need and updates quickly. I played with Touiter for a weekend and loved the look (very reminiscent of Tweetie on iPhone) but it was slow to refresh and added timelines of people I am not following. My #1 is Seesmic.

My current Favorite is Seesmic. I've used Twidroid and Twicca as well. Both are nice, but favoring Seesmic at the moment.

Touiteur!

Tried Twidroid (Free and Pro), TweetCaster, and now I stuck with Touiteur (Premium)!
Like the widgets, the color coding, threaded view, constant (Dev is ontop) updates, and the customization.

Best Touiteur app for me. It's beautiful!

So far I'm using seesmic. Changes often though.

HTC's Peep for several reasons:
1) It came with the HTC Hero and couldn't be deleted without being rooted.
2) It has the sesnse UI look to it that is pleasing to the eye
3) It has everything needed from a Twitter client
The only downside:
You have to have the Client open in order to see notifications of direct messages concerning you. I have my mobile number registered to be notified anyway by text message, so this isn't a con for me.

I've tried them all and currently use hootsuite and seesmic at the same time. Bc hootsuite lists aren't working and seesmics notifications aren't working. If seesmic worked I think it would win. Still waiting on tweetdeck tho.

After testing Twidroid Pro, Seesmic, Hootsuite, HTC Peep my favourite twitter client is Touiteur Premium.

Seesmic. Best looking client on Android. Also threads DM's in a nice way to see the entire conversation with a particular person like an IM client.

Favorite Twitter Client

After having tried every client I could get my hands on, I've settled on HootSuite for both my desktop and mobile Twitter client. If you haven't seen it go to Welcome to HootSuite - The Professional Twitter Client for the desktop version. The Android market has both a lite version free and a full version for $1.99
