This usually happens when the folders were not placed in the correct place, please review Post #16
To make sure you placed the folder in the proper place.



The above applys here aswell please review your placement of your folders as instructed in post # 16.

If the problem persists, attempt to put the .apk's directly in the wondermachine folder instead of the payload folder although this shouldnt be the case try it anyway

I made sure the folder was placed correctly on my C: drive and I also tried placing the apk. file in the swm folder rather than in the payload folder. im still getting the exact same error. im sure this is something i am doing wrong because i cannot get this to work on my desktop i built or my laptop or my work desktop.

can you please copy and paste the diagnostic log for us or take a screen shot please

Ok, sorry for being a pest. I downloaded the new AC_SWM and placed that folder and its contents on my C drive. Now where can I find the .apk files for swype? I also downloaded the "source" file that is above the AC_SWM zip file.
I have the inspire 4g, I had a inspire that had to be returned due to a screen lifting off, i put swype on that. Now with the new beta, I cant find the swype apk files.
I have WIN7 Pro N at home.

dont you just get the swype apk from them mailing it to you or something like that after you register?

I have been working on this for hrs. I have downloaded the framwork. Then I went to the HTC website and downloaded the SDK. I then download the sideload wonder machinem zip file and opened it in windows moved the file to my c: loction on my computer. The only problem I am having is getting the phone to connected. When I plug my phone up to install the drivers it does not find the sbd driver to connect the phone in ubs debug mode. please help.

Just got my new HTC Inspire 4G yesterday. this thing worked perfectly without a glitch. sooo easy. took literally 2 min to get it working. just follow the instructions and it works. very simple. btw if u want a good site to get apk files try 4shared.com just make sure whenever you search an app on this site that you put .apk at the end of it or it wont work. cheers! great work this is awesome!

I got the app of the day installed on one of my phones just fine but on the other one (both inspires) it says failed because of "insufficient storage".
I moved some large apps to the sdcard and tried again but get the same error. How do I fix this because today's app (picsay)
is a great one.

Ok, I like the fact that it worked. But!!!, I made a backup and then reinstalled all my apps with this software. Needed to update my htc aria to version 2.2.
The downside is that all my notes and game progress is gone. What do I do?!

This is interesting info, we may not be able to reproduce the problem but if we can reproduce the solution this may give us some insight.

I just downloaded it and it worked for me. Delete any folders you have downloaded already and try again.

reboot your computer and router and try again

This program was designed to simply install applications. Game data and system data are not saved within the applications so simply moving them does not save any data. In the future please consider backing up your system with something like Titanium Backup

I am having the same corrupt(?) zip file problem. I rebooted both computer and modem, still the file is downloading only 66kb. What to do??

Also, will I have to root this inspire in order to use AC Sideloader? It blocks unknown apps.
