Android cause "finger print sensor not responding" after a software update. I have Samsung J7 prime.
Updated the software as prompted in the setting. Battery is at full capacity, no interference during the update (internet or battery). Did not touch the phone the entire update process. It was done in less than 5 minutes. After a day, the error message appears repeatedly. I did not install any new app before and after the update. Phone less than a year old, no gaming apps installed, only basics and office essentials.
Any recommendation how to fix? Thanks a lot.
