any software updates in the UK yet?

Anyone got October or November security update in the UK yet? I'm on EE branded firmware so guess it will take longer but not sure unlocked even has it yet? Seems to just be Snapdragon models that are getting it

Don't think there's been any security updates on any of the UK Networks, I'm on Vodafone but have my phone unlocked and I'm still on August

I'm still on August and I'm on O2. My husband also is still on August and he's on 3.

I'm still on August 1 for an unlocked version. Not sure if carriers get the updates faster. I'm really disappointed with Samsung mainly due to not keeping their flagship devices up-to-date.

there seems to be a strange delay on the note 8. when I got my s7 edge I got several updates early on and fairly regular security updates. most other Samsung phones are now more up to date than the note 8 which has had no updates at all. I don't mind waiting for Oreo but security updates are something I expected to get

Annoyingly my spare work phone, a pony Samsung Xcover3, got the November security patch last night.

My Flagship....... Still nada.

strange if Vodafone UK customers didn't get the November update, I'm Vodafone Ireland which as far as I know is a subsidiary of UK and i got it about a week ago

I have to say an £840 device and we are still on the August security update is a very poor show. I don't care about having the latest android version but the security patch thing does bother me.

agree. I think this is unacceptable and wish Samsung would explain themselves. I had an s7 edge before that was much better supported so why are Samsung going backwards on updating flagships rather 5han than moving forwards?

Typical of Samsung! They don't have a great track record on updates. Usually inconsistent. Still on August 1. US (snapdragon based) received at least two if not three, most recent rolling December security.

I'm in Australia and got the November security update around two weeks ago.

Jumped from 1 August to 1 November.

I've tried manually to check for update and still says I have the latest with August 2017 security patch. I'll keep trying!

Unlocked N8 from Samsung with EE SIM and EE SVR Firmware.

in Ireland, my unbranded /International got updated from August to January patch about 2 weeks ago.
my other unlocked but through Vodafone got updated from December to January patch 3 days ago.
Vodafone Ireland being a subsidiary of Vodafone UK I would imagine that people with will get it very soon if they haven't yet.
lots of people around the world with various providers /carriers have gotten latest January updates so I think Samsung is preparing for the oreo release

BRA2 is the latest update with January security patch... you're up to date as can be as far as I know
