I ordered on 8/16 through a corporate rep, shows processing with no tracking #. I get a call from Best Buy stating that my pre-order is in (back up plan, took them 1 week to get them in). I called Sprint to cancel the order, their order support team stated I CAN'T since it's already in "fulfillment status" even though they have no stock and have no clue when they will get it in. Can you believe that? Oh, btw, I got that very same postcard this morning in the mail and read it to them verbatim today. Got NOWHERE with them. Good luck trying to cancel, can't even if you wanted to, at least if you wanted to get your upgrade eligibility put back on your account if that's how you ordered in the first place (as it was mine).
