Anyone's Samsung.com Order Ship yet?

Good news, just got a reply from the UK shop support saying it's on track for delivery on Monday. I ordered on 12th November.
 
Just ordered my S3 thru the Black Friday deal. Cost $317.99 after tax. Shipping est 1-3 days.

When I ordered it said ships in early December. The dilemma is wait and hope my pre-order ships on Monday, or cancel, reorder and be patient. Decisions, decisions.

Anyone else on the UK pre order got any info? Nearly 6pm and no charge, no email and no update on the order status page. Starting to think it's not coming :-(
 
Ordered one today and now it shows may not be delivered before Xmas. Does not seem they have a handle on this release.

Where do you live? I just checked my account and mine still shows the same info as above. Nothing in my order would lead me to believe it won't be here by the end of the week.

Did you order it at full retail or the Black Friday deal? I ordered it through the BF deal. Wonder if that makes any difference.

I really didn't like Samsung's customer service and the fact that I couldn't track my order status online. I cancelled and got the classic (which appears to be in less demand) from Best Buy. Plus that gave me the Black Friday price. I should have it Tuesday
 
So after telling me it would be delivered today, just got home from work and no delivery, no tracking email and no payment has been taken.

I'm starting to think this is a sign that I should just give up and go with an android wear watch.

I've emailed again so I'll give them one more chance to sort it out and then I'm cancelling.
 
I ended up calling Samsung to cancel my order. They said they had a problem with the system and could not offer me the difference on the Black Friday sale until Wednesday or something like that. So I cancelled and had a change of heart with models. Decided to go with the Classic instead of the Frontier. The Classic looks more like my dive watch so I opted for that. I'll get my order whenever I get my order. No more rush for me. None of the local Best Buys have them in stock and online is sold out of the Classic. So ****. hehe

Samsung still shipped me the watch today ! They also shipped return instructions. Weird way to do business. I cancelled at least 2-3 days ago. Now I'm caught in two minds. I originally wanted the Frontier cuz I thought it was better looking. Then I bought the Classic from Best Buy because it was available. I'm hoping I can find a store tomorrow that has models I can look at so I can decide which one I want.
 
I cancelled my order with samsung and ordered with Brand Smart USA today. Itll be here on wednesday.
 
I'm about to cancel my order, Customer Care has no idea whats going on. Luckily, out of no where and after sitting in the freezing cold all day Saturday, I received my Smartthings kit that was ordered.

I didn't think a company in today's age could still provide such terrible service. I haven't had this bad of an experience in quite some time, I can't even remember when. The irony is, I just got an email today saying "Your Order has Shipped" and it was for the smartthings hub I got Saturday lol.

This was the first time I ordered something directly from Samsung. Never again. I'll do like I always do and purchase their products from other retailers who have much better customer service and are way more convenient.

Received mine today from the Samsung UK website, even though I pre-ordered and confirmation by the phone support team that I would receive the bluetooth headset, this was not in the shipping box.

Email sent see what response I get.

Other then that just working round the watch, pretty good and big improvement over my Apple Watch, look forward to further updates to push the watch further.

After being told twice that it would definitely be sent out at the weekend and be here by Monday (on phone and email), I'm starting to get annoyed. I've seen posts from people that ordered over 17/18th and got thier delivery the next day! Surely the pre orders should be sent out first.

I ordered mine Sunday morning, pretty much soon as the Black Friday deal went live. Went with the free shipping (1-3 days) and still haven't seen any change in my shipping info. I don't NEED it, as I don't even have an Android phone yet, lol (getting the Vzw black Friday deal on an GS7), but I'm irritated at the process. It seems as though they just took a specific number of black Friday orders to get started and they making them now.
