AT&T Note 9 Not Updating

I never understood why you needed these updates

I have an AT&T Galaxy S9 and had the same issue. I finally found the fix and it should work for any AT&T Samsung phone not pulling the update. Just go to date and time and turn off automatic time and then check for an update. It will pull an update! You will most likely get a lot of updates if you were very behind. I got about 8 updates and I finally have Android Pie! I am so happy!

Yes and it tells me software is up to date.

You'll need a sd card to copy to then restart your phone in recovery and let it load up .
Recovery is easy all you have to do restart device before screen turns on hold Bixby,volume up , power button same time then you'll andriod bot release you'll be in recovery mode with a menu you scroll down with volume up and down buttons to you see sd card update choose with the power button you'll see the file you copied hit power button one more time and wait for it to load 15 to 20 minutes.
Very Easy what do you think ?

I looked at the link here for doing it on a computer but when I follow directions for cmd. It tells my file not found. I’ve downloaded everything on my computer I’m suppose to but no luck with either method. Anyone know what I’m possibly doing wrong on the computer using cmd?

Once you download the file from your computer ARL2 to CSAA you copy to your sd card

Super frustrated. I had no problem getting the update in December so I don’t know what went wrong with my phone.

Before he does the third one he should check for software update when he installs N960USQS1ARL2

Your not following what I'm saying to you .

That's how you would do it using ADB way ...FORGET THAT WAY

Copy that file you just download from your computer to your SD card
