I have at&t on note 9 and don’t have update either. This is my software information. I’m not smart on technology and have no idea what to do
Yes and it tells me software is up to date.Have you tried manually seeing if there's a update?
Yes and it tells me software is up to date.
Would you feel comfortable updating through sd card?
It has to be something with att system. I've been having issues with updates since I got the phone in September. I've had to sideload all my updates. Even had to do that with pie.
How would I go about doing it?
I’ve tried so card and no luck.
I looked at the link here for doing it on a computer but when I follow directions for cmd. It tells my file not found. I’ve downloaded everything on my computer I’m suppose to but no luck with either method. Anyone know what I’m possibly doing wrong on the computer using cmd?
Go in this order
First October Patch to Nov Patch N960USQU1ARJ7-to-S1ARJA https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=11410963190603842401
Second November patch to Dec patch N960USQS1ARJA-to-S1ARL2 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HcuDiMiaa6jMzZeWNDOHbWDjvuTtG79p/view
Third Dec Patch to Jan Patch N960USQS1ARL2-to-U1CSAA https://samsung.firmware.science/download?url=00000/0000/SS-N960USQS1ARL2-to-U1CSAA-UP
Before he does the third one he should check for software update when he installs N960USQS1ARL2
Once you download the file from your computer ARL2 to CSAA you copy to your sd card
I need the last update. My phone is stuck on December as last update. I tried the last link using the computer method but either I don’t know what I’m doing or something but on the last step, it told me file not found.
Your not following what I'm saying to you .
That's how you would do it using ADB way ...FORGET THAT WAY
Copy that file you just download from your computer to your SD card
I am. I said I tried it the sd way too and it’s not working for me.
