Atrix Pre-Order Issues

I keep checking mine...and still nothing. I ordered just after midnight...so if they start shipping on a first come first served basis...I hope I am in the first batch shipped out. Can't wait to retire my Blackberry Storm.

A thought...if the rumor of a release on the 20th is true - then I would expect that means our phones would need to ship tomorrow so that we could have them by Saturday. So...if anything is going to happen it will most likely be in the next 24 hours.

I seriously doubt we will see phones by the 20th, but ill try to stay optimistic.

If anyone actually receives a phone or has shipping confirmation please post a new thread entitled: "[News Tip] Phones are Shipping"

There is a new thread started on this but I'm not buying it. It's been mentioned several times that AT&T releases new phones on Sundays. I too am hoping that the 22nd is correct especially since I pre-ordered mine on Sunday and wasn't looking forward to waiting until March 6

Well, guess what charge has completely disappeared from my online bank account...that charge that has been pending since I ordered by phone is no longer there at all...just as someone previously posted this week said would happen.

This will be interesting. My att account still shows my order as being backordered.

Same thing happened to me. I woke up and checked my account and noticed it had more money in it than it should have and sure enough the hold on the funds is completely gone. I wonder if I should be worried??

Not sure...what I'm hoping is they put a hold on your account until the phone is going to ship, remove the hold and then make another charge on the account once the phone ships. Someone posted earlier that if you paid with a debit card that this would happen...that after couple of days passed the hold would disappear and your order would be dropped.

Paid the same way I always do - Check card (debit card as a credit card). I pre-ordered first-thing Monday AM since I was unable to do so on Sunday via the Premier site.

Ok I just called premiere and they were absolutley no help at all. All she could confirm is my order still showed processing. No idea why the money was put back. She put me on hold 4 times figuring that out and I finally gave up and hung up.

Heh. Sorry that your experience was so poor - That's one of the reasons I'm holding off from calling.

I see no change at all. Why do I feel like everyone is going to get their's before me? Probably because this sort of thing always happens. I pre-order so that I can get it MAYBE a day or two before those who walk in on release day...only to not get mine until a week after it is released.

Oh, and the lady on Premier who took my order asked if I wanted their regular shipping. I said yes since it was free, but now I wonder if that's like 5-day shipping. Ugh!!!

I did the "standard" Premier shipping when I ordered online - It was FedEx 2nd day.
