My phone was in near perfect condition. Maybe like one or two tiny Knicks. Just got the email they processed my phone. When I go to status tracked, they are telling me its value is adjusted to $12! They say the phone doesn't turn on. It's a note 8 and is in in line for the $1000 credit.
What the hell? It was in perfect working condition when I sent it! It's not my fault their send in packages are flimsy trash.
Anyone else get this? What can be done? There's no way it doesn't turn on, they probably just need to charge it or something. I did a factor reset before I sent it in.
