Where the heck is z4 root? I can't find it in the market

its not there anymore it was took down again (that make 3 times) google "z4root ryanza" and it pops up where to get it in the search list,,or I think its still in the dinc forums in the hacks and roms section too posted as a zip file(thread title "root your incredible Amoled & slcd support, post #6) I dont think it works to give incredible perm root tho.I used unrevoked on dinc and z4root on x .

Also good to hear most havent lost root from this or if you had easy to get it back

Location has nothing to do with when you get the update. It's a *mobile* phone.

I had heard with previous updates that it was rolled out in different areas at different times. I dunno, I got nothin' as to why some people get the updates and some don't.

Go to settings, about phone, and select system updates. It should check for available updates and then notify you about one being available.

This did not work for me at first this morning. I turned on my WiFi and connected to a network and selected system updates again. It was successful doing it this way. I am not sure if that made a difference or not but I have the update and it took about 5 minutes to install after it was downloaded.

well i guess it will be nice if i ever get the update... when i check it says that the update is unaval at this time try again later.... after a recheck it says that im up to date

No they aren't. I downloaded it twice this morning successfully and I'm not part of a test group. I just had failed installs because I forgot to set back some root settings. Now it's not showing up. They took it down or the servers are flooded.

I've got the update but the root doesn't seem to be working. It just sits there telling me its running the exploit but doesn't do anything????

Update Failed

I downloaded the update TWICE this morning and had failed installs. I was rooted with Easy Root 2.2 and didn't unroot before trying to install. I just unrooted and now it says "your system is up to date" but IT IS NOT. Does anyone know where the download is saved to, so that I can try to manually access it on my phone? It did download twice so I know the download is saved on the phone or sd card somewhere. Are there any fixes to this situation?
