Just got a email confirmation that I can pick it up tomorrow in NC. This was literally right after I got off the phone with them to check on it and they told me the haven't got them in yet. I was under the impression they didn't send the email til they got them in stock. So I'm assuming the best buy employee didn't know what they are talking about. (Like always)

I believe I've read posts from people who pre-ordered the 32GB version from Verizon and received them or received tracking numbers for them already. Not that it means Best Buy will have any, but *fingers crossed*

Like I said, in our inventory system the blue 32GB shows 0 "on order" and "not carried by location" for all stores. I think it'll be a little bit before we get em. Sux that's the one I ordered.

That would suck because had I known this ahead of time, I would have pre-ordered the white version. In fact, I would have pre-ordered whatever version they were getting in.

what's your professional opinion on going in to pick up my white 32 tomorrow and asking if I can just get a second white instead of my second pre ordered blue 32 that obviously isn't coming in.. will this null and void my preorder (keep unlimited) status, or do you think in your shoes bb employees "could potentially" swap out for the different color since there should be available stock.

My Best Buy basically just said they have no idea about anything. Though the girl admitted she hadn't been working the past couple days, so she is still trying to catch up. She said I should call in the morning.

This is not making me happy.
