Any one else have a problem placing the BB order and having an error "difficulty accessing VZW terms and conditions at this time" which prevented me from completing the order?

Try a different browser. Happened to me first time as well.

FYI mine finally did change to "Preparing". VZW ordered 8/25. Exciting.

called bb they said they got a shipment of devices but no word if there going to hand them out yet or have to wait till the 15th....

My Verizon Pre-order just switch to preparing. I ordered on Aug. 23.

I think they will ship out orders first but i would go and see if they would sell me one on the spot .

I just got a new document alert for My Verizon. It just says Other Receipt:RL but i can't view it either..Strange

finished up with Sprint rep and they finally - a year later - vacated my N7 contract. sheesh!

at least this should help with my BB N8 contract.

when did you order? it could be that they ran out of phones and means theyre waiting for inventory

Not sure about BB, however, it usually means that they have processed your order and are waiting for an item to be matched to your order number. Once that happens you should see a shipping notice, as a shipping ticket will be produced to go with your package. The all the items to be shipped are placed on a pallet(s) to await the carrier...or something like that.

When I call, I haven't used the app or the web to check my order status yet. But when I call BB it checks the status of my order for me based off the phone number I'm calling from. I pre ordered a Verizon version through them on August 24th. The first day pre orders were taken

Ordered mine on the 27th and it says preparing now and my credit card taxes where recharged and now I also have an item pop up in my FedEx app that is shipping from Fort Worth for delivery tomorrow. I also have one preordered from ATT that I did Just last Friday evening and that also says preparing to ship so not sure which one the FedEx tracking number is for.

Edit Looks like the FedEx tracking is for the one I just preordered this last Friday From ATT since I just got an Email with tracking. Hope the other ships soon because the wife will think that which ever one comes first is hers even though I am the one that pays the bill.

holy cr*p hope that's right, but they haven't dinged my account after the pre-auth went away. maybe later today for the reauth...?
