They didn't. Asked for my mobile number, my name, and my Verizon PIN again and said it should be taken care of. She said at best a day, at most 5 days. I figure if they haven't resolved it by Friday I'm going to cancel and just go straight through Verizon.
Thats exactly what they told me and the information they asked me..Then i called back a few hours later and they said they were not sure why they asked or that info..lol
