BestBuy: Galaxy Note 8 Pre-Order Thread

Has anyone who ordered online through Best Buy (and has Verizon) and ordered Orchid Gray, gotten a shipping notice yet? I ordered two phones, one black and one gray, both on September 2nd, and the black one arrived today and the gray one is still processing. I'm wondering if it's only the black phones shipping and the gray ones are are still processing. Just curious.

I ordered through BB on 8/25, Verizon model, Orchid Gray... on a UPS truck coming from Ohio to Florida, but won't be delivered until this Friday.

I cancelled my busy buy order last night. And it shipped last night for delivery today

I ordered through BB on 8/25, Verizon model, Orchid Gray... on a UPS truck coming from Ohio to Florida, but won't be delivered until this Friday.

Same 8/25 VZW Gray on UPS for a Thursday delivery.

I was going to cancel my Best buy order but they wanted to make me come into the store to do that. I had Verizon on conference call helping me. We are having bad storms so decided to just give up. I am done with Best buy. Told me no phones released until the 15th. I should have known better. Happy you guys are getting your phones, Enjoy.

Orchid Gray apparently is the common denominator for why BB is slower to shipping out some VZW orders.

Does bestbuy need your att passcode to ship the device?. I just tried to call to check the status of my order and the reps said they need my att passcode. I'm just trying to make sure they don't cancel the order

same here, they told me I have to come into the store to cancel. So now I have to wait till tonight to order once I get off work to go and cancel. ARGGGGGG

They told me the same thing when I tried to cancel over the phone. I went to the store and cancelled. Really easy, all I had to do was give them my # and they cancelled it. Took 30 seconds. Went to my car and ordered on VZW app and it will ship today and I will receive it tomorrow.

The way it seems you should receive tomorrow. thats what happend to me, once i got that its a matter of ups picking it up and should be delivered the next day. so if you get tracking number today, it will be there tomorrow.
