My order status finally updated
"This item has been delayed, but we are continuing to work on it. If we cannot complete your order by null, we will let you know and cancel the item. Get it by Sat, Oct 14."
The word null is another kick in the face, cause now they haven't even given me an exact date when they will let me cancel. So now I gotta either wait an indefinite amount of time, probably a month by the looks of it. Or cancel and either try for a black, or try to go through best buy in store or verizon.
I am happy for all those that received theirs. But I am a little annoyed to have seen people order after me and still get theirs. I'm sure it has something to do with "local" warehouse stock. But we've also seen them ship these things across country so I just don't get it. I know this is Best buy and not samsung specifically. But it also hurts that they aren't making sure note 7 owners aren't being taken care of first either. I'm guessing I'll find a way to get my phone before the middle of october, but if I don't samsung may lose my business cause nearly every other phone will be out by then.
Edit: Man, Best buy really needs to get their crap together. I called the phone number and my item finally has tracking info. I checked and UPS has no info for the tracking number they provided. But now I am left wondering if they did ship me a phone or didn't.
