The $150 should have been deducted directly from the cost of the phone. For example, the $1000 phone you bought from BB cost you $850. The $850 is the amount charged to your Verizon bill. Verizon then deducts an additional amount for a trade-in if you made one.

Does anyone have an update whether Best Buy has applied the $150.00 pre-order incentive to their carrier bills? I am on Verizon and I do not think it has been applied yet. Ordered online and took delivery September 8th.

did you buy full pay or on contract. if on contract, the price you paid monthy*24 reflects the deduction of the $150. that is to say, on Sprint I'm paying 33.75*24=810. Sprint price is $960-810=$150.

eta - plus lovely credits from Sprint bringing it down to a whopping 13.75/mo.

That's a sweet monthly payment, man. I'm not that quite low. I went with the 24 x contract. This is my bill as it shows. It appears everything is correct. That $32.75 is probably taking into account the BB $150.00 credit. Then I got the $336 credit on my s6 trade in.

technically, if you remove that $20 access charge and we just talk about the device itself, I am only paying $5/mo less than you. you look at the contract and credits only. cell service is cell service. my monthly bill is obscene, but it is also a business line for me and I have unlimited add-on.

I got mine too. looked like they opened it for inspection or something. left Samsung that way though. box was not tampered with and camera is perfect and functions well.

Orig. note 8 i had to return finally was processed. 3 weeks after i sent it back. At least i don't have to pay restocking fee. Samsung promo gift shipped yesterday, should be here thursday. I chose sd card and wirelless charger. I'm never doing a pre order through best buy after this though.
