Did you call the local store? Did he seem to think black & white would get fullfilled. That's what we got. Sorry yours might not be in 
BestBuy S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

I had placed an online order through Bestbuy online as an upgrade from Verizon. It automatically generated a payment plan without allowing a trade-in amount to be applied towards the cost of the phone and made me pay the tax upfront. I wanted to use the 300 BB gift card that you are supposed to get for the S10 promotion if you pre-order.
I called the store and they said I should cancel my preorder if placed online and come into the store to do the Pre-order. This way I wouldn't be charged up front and then the payment plan would generate once I do everything in the store and then could reduce the cost of the S10+ to 700 if I applied the gift card to lower the cost to like 29 a month. So I cancelled my online order and did the in store Pre-order added that order to my account and it says preparing for pickup on March 8th.
I was originally going to order from Samsung but I was iffy about sending my S8+ into them which is in perfect condition and them trying to stiff me on the 300 credit so I went with Bestbuy. From what I've been reading is the in-store and carrier promo's of the free buds comes from a different allocation of them and haven't run out yet. That being said, as soon as you get your phone do the registration. I really hope BB doesn't screw up once again and my phone isn't ready for pickup Friday morning.

That and they have a better trade in for my S8+. Sammy would say thanks but no thanks most likely and give me $25 for a trade in where BB I know I'll be okay and get my $300 value.

Yes black and white already in at my store I called. :-( And on my pre-order paper it doesn't have a date on it availability date says we'll let you know which makes me think I won't get in on Friday now. I wish they would of told me when I pre-ordered but they probably didn't know but I would of done white which is what I started to order on Samsung. Oh well I'll wait!

^ the only reason i did bestbuy was because you can trade your phone in person... i heard too many bad things about trading a mint condition phone to samsung and they say its damaged when they receive it so you dont get back full trade in value...i guess tomorrow we'll find out if we will get it on friday
Yup this is why I did in store as well. Not worth taking a chance. Mine has normal wear and tear but to Sammy wouldn't cut it and I'd gladly wait the extra two days to ensure I get my phone trade in value

I know I heard too many bad things also. And when I found out about no 2 trade ins in the same household on Samsung I went to Best Buy. And I asked my husband did you want to do it too and cancel Samsung and he said no but he would of gotten his Friday if I pre-ordered his with mine on the 22nd I'm pretty sure cause the black and white ones are in. No mention of the blue. But yes I am glad I don't have to deal with Samsung after everything I've read.
We did turn in 2 x 7 Edges way back for 300 which is what we paid for them and had no trouble though and got 2 Note 8's on the same day they didn't say only one trade in at a time back then.
Has everyone's orders gone to Preparing if they are picking up Friday? I'm super stressing now that only 1 of our 4 orders are!

You also get an additional $100.00 on top of your trade, from Best Buy, if your with a carrier.
I am picking up and all 3 of my orders have said "Order Received - Ready for pickup March 8th" with no change. Are you saying yours changed to "Preparing"?
Actually when you click on "See Details" then each of my phones say "Preparing for Pickup on Friday".
Click on your order number, that's where you'll find additional status information

With Verizon I think it's $50 for S10+. There's some error though. My pre-order for my S10+ says the cost of the phone is $1069. Before you order it it says $1000. Talked to them on phone and said that must be an error.

Both of my S10 orders shows $969. I first ordered an S10+ that showed $1069 before cancelling.
