Did you call the local store? Did he seem to think black & white would get fullfilled. That's what we got. Sorry yours might not be in

^ the only reason i did bestbuy was because you can trade your phone in person... i heard too many bad things about trading a mint condition phone to samsung and they say its damaged when they receive it so you dont get back full trade in value...i guess tomorrow we'll find out if we will get it on friday

I had placed an online order through Bestbuy online as an upgrade from Verizon. It automatically generated a payment plan without allowing a trade-in amount to be applied towards the cost of the phone and made me pay the tax upfront. I wanted to use the 300 BB gift card that you are supposed to get for the S10 promotion if you pre-order.
I called the store and they said I should cancel my preorder if placed online and come into the store to do the Pre-order. This way I wouldn't be charged up front and then the payment plan would generate once I do everything in the store and then could reduce the cost of the S10+ to 700 if I applied the gift card to lower the cost to like 29 a month. So I cancelled my online order and did the in store Pre-order added that order to my account and it says preparing for pickup on March 8th.
I was originally going to order from Samsung but I was iffy about sending my S8+ into them which is in perfect condition and them trying to stiff me on the 300 credit so I went with Bestbuy. From what I've been reading is the in-store and carrier promo's of the free buds comes from a different allocation of them and haven't run out yet. That being said, as soon as you get your phone do the registration. I really hope BB doesn't screw up once again and my phone isn't ready for pickup Friday morning.
Has everyone's orders gone to Preparing if they are picking up Friday? I'm super stressing now that only 1 of our 4 orders are!
I am picking up and all 3 of my orders have said "Order Received - Ready for pickup March 8th" with no change. Are you saying yours changed to "Preparing"?
You also get an additional $100.00 on top of your trade, from Best Buy, if your with a carrier.
With Verizon I think it's $50 for S10+. There's some error though. My pre-order for my S10+ says the cost of the phone is $1069. Before you order it it says $1000. Talked to them on phone and said that must be an error.
