Not sure I'm liking that bezel/lip thing on the bottom. Wish they took a pic from the side...

I feel like the lip on the bottom is necessary for holding the device without accidentally touching the capacitive buttons.

I like the design for the most part, but the back is really plain looking. Either way, I always put a case on my devices.

looks a lot better then I thought it would. The icons look like something from the 90's lol. Now i'm even more excited..come out please! Im so tired of my X

Judging from the pictures (and the specs that were confirmed), I'm easing off the GSII ledge and coming back a little more to the Bionic. This is going to be one heck of a decision for me, Bionic or GSII.

Interesting that it shows an 8MP shooter when 13 was rumored.

I'd actually prefer an 8MP sensor with improved imaging software, so this could be a good thing, or a fake.

What's funny to me was that I didn't think that the original fuzzy pic that people were using to say it was 13MP really was a "13". It seemed to be that it could just as easily have been an "8", but since it was fuzzy, you couldn't tell for sure. So, it may have been an "8" all along, it's just that people were dreaming of "13" and saw what they wanted to see. Either way, I'm like you, I'd much rather have a nicer 8MP with better sensor than a 13MP with crappy sensor. Heck, I'd even go for 5MP. I don't use my phone for quality pictures. I have a nice camera for that.

It looked like 12 or 13 to me, but was extremely fuzzy. Also appeared to have dual flash. Now it looks like we are only getting single flash.

I thought they scrapped the original for "improvements". It seems like some things have taken a step back possibly. So the improvements are more ram (which half is used for webtop), webtop, and the processor actually works on handoffs:p

Did they improve the ffc?

I thought people in the know said it had a unique design a few weeks back. This just looks like a Droid 3, Droid X, or something we've seen plenty of times before from Moto (not that there is much you can alter, but still). Anyways, this forum moves too fast, any new updates on specs, and is that picture for sure the Bionic? Not really liking it or hating it.

I agree that it doesn't look "original" or unique in design, and a step up from the CES Bionic?? probably not, but decent enough if it performs very well. Also agree about the specs upgrade??? what was the upgrade? Webtop?? seriously?? I hope that isn't all.

As far is this really the Bionic? That is not 100% confirmed no. All we know is this is in testers hands, it is 4G LTE, and sure has similarities to the the leaked Targa Pictures. How many phones does Verizon have in testers hands from MOTO? that we know of just the Droid 3 and the Bionic. So while its not 100% it's a fairly safe assumption.

So really it all depends when the Bionic and the GSII is released for me. That and battery life, Does the GSII still have LTE and dual core, or did I make that up?

I believe there is rumor that the GSII may not be LTE due to the multiple chips (1st gen, LTE + CDMA seperate) that it would not fit in the current form factor of the GSII.
