Posted here being specific to S21+ 5G phone.
Added a couple of mp3's to Notifications folder, trying to change on an app,
Text, email, the choice doesn't show up.
All custom sounds I've added before can be seen.
Dozens of searches have been no help at all.
Recent update change anything?
Thanks.

not sure what the cause could be other than those file being not supported for whatever the reason... whether it be format, size, or something more deeper that i am not aware/familiar with...
you can submit error report to samsung members app > get help > error report after reproducing the issue (it helps to capture screen recording and sharing the video when submitting a ticket, and be specific of what audio file you are trying to use).

Definitely supported, used same custom sounds since BBOS days.
I'll look up the error report.

On chat with Samsung Support. Suggested testing in Safe Mode.
No change. After a half hour convo, tech suggested a factory reset.
Also suggested sending in an error report, that I did.
Factory reset isn't something I think will help, so gonna hold off on that one.

FIXED

Weird, using Bluetooth to transfer sounds from PC to phone didn't work.
Just plugged in phone to PC, transferred using Explorer, I can now access them.
