Can't download some apps when using wifi

I'm trying to download assassin's creed pirates from Google play but it either says error 905, or doesn't download, i mean it stays at 0.00 mb.
I've noticed that when i use mobile data connection instead of wifi, it downloads just fine.
The problem is, I can't download 1gb with mobile data because it's too expensive.
I've tried uninstalling google play store updates, cache, data, force stopping it, rebooting my phone, nothing worked.
Some people told me to turn off download booster, i did but nothing happened.
Some said to dial *#0011# and turn off wifi sleep, i did that as well, but obviously, nothing changed.
Please help.
Thanks in advance!

Did you try a different Wi-Fi network to at least rule out whether it's a Wi-Fi problem vs. network?

No, i can't, all neighbours have locked their wifi.
I can try downloading the same app with my brother's xperia z2.
It's also lollipop.

Now I tried to download it and it actually downloaded 500kb, and says 20 hours left.
20 hours for 700mb app? For real?
Normally i download 700mb in less than 30 minutes

Sounds like you should reboot your r and router

Didn't solve it.
Tried downloading it with xperia z2 but couldn't find it on google play, guess the app doesn't support the z2
