changed battery, now weak wifi

Hi all, sorry if this is covered elseware, but I couldnt find anything.

I had to open the back of my note 10.1 to get at the battery, and now I have very weak wifi signal. If I am within 4 feet of router I get full signal, and within 15 feet of router I have no connection with signal. Before removing back I had no issues whatsoever with wifi.

Did I do something physically to my note?? i was very careful in removing the back with proper equipment and followed directions to the t.

Please help!!!
