Yes, I called in as well and they told me it was a national outage. As for the guy who posted above about attorneys and what not, seriously, reconsider and think about things before you post.
Yes you pay for their service, and they promise you telephone service with data plans. You are not locked into a contract, it is a prepaid service. Further more, this prepaid service is piggybacking off of another network, you have to expect bad quality of services to begin with. Not only that, but are you not still getting the telephone service part of the plan? I'm pretty sure you are, as I am, just not data. If you bothered to think about it, if they tell you that they are working on it and will fix it when they humanly possibly can, and you still have partially working service, then indeed you ARE being petty and should get over yourself. Do you see anyone else here threatening legal action over just a day of outage?
While it might seem grown up to threaten with lawyers and attorneys and letters to CEOs... really it's just you being childishly impatient and the person who commented on you being petty was entirely correct and you should just shut your yap and be grateful that you have a service that only costs $25 to $40 to $60 a month for what you normally would have to pay $100 or more for. You take a hit on quality for price, this is part of that hit. Now stfu and be grateful or switch providers.
No one wants to hear your kind of QQ'ing.
