Ok thanks and what roms are available the same one cm7,reborn,shell,ect....

Sent from my LS670 using Tapatalk

As I understand it the cm7 builds don't work properly with the thunderc recovery, someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe they have to be ran over a clockword mod like xionia

otherwise your list looks about right :)

Hey i've noticed the roms that you have put really hard work in. For your. Next rom that you should meantion to mikeOS, and beezy, is to enable moble ap (wireless tethering) after the VD update on lg Optimus s. Through a kernal, or a new rom, or an adition to nrom reborn rom thunde rom dark hourse rom ect.......
one of your fans,
Brandon Ruiz. Ps. It would bring lots of views to the new work. And to the other roms.

You probably have the new video display and drivers. You need to go with the latest xionia recovery.

Ill save you the trouble you have to use screen cast the recovery you're using doesn't have drivers for the newer screens. Screen cast will take care of you though.

as it's name implies, it allows you to "cast" your "screen" on to your computer monitor.

very easy to use, i'm assuming that because you have a custom recovery you have adb already, if not go Android SDK | Android Developers, this is where you go for screencast AFTER you have downloaded and installed adb

as with adb, to make things a hell of a lot easier and faster for you, in windows, right click on [My]Computer>>Properties>>Advanced System Settings, under the Advanced tab click Environment Variables in the bottom half select PATH, edit and add the location that the screencast jaws file is located, I put mine in my adb folder so it should read ;c:\android (adb for me is located in platform-tools in android but screen cast is just floating in the android folder). I would also add ;jnlp to the PATHEXT list, and the full location of where screen cast is at to the CLASSPATH list, though I'm pretty sure you don't actually have to add the class path part, but i can't remember and did it on my system and everything works. now I don't have to navigate command prompt to the folder that the jaws file is located at I just type in "screencast" when cmd opens, hit enter and it starts (the default file name is 'androidscreencast.jnlp' but i didn't like that so i shortened it to just screencast.jnlp) if you need more help with setting that up let me know, other then that screencast is really obvious to use, just make sure your phone is plugged in via usb to the computer.

BRICK WARNING DO NOT FLASH A RADIO.IMG WITH RECOVERY
My Github Source Link

Do I need to do all the steps above including all under backup/restore, and partition, and all the wipes, because, I flashed mines for the first time and only did the nandbackup, just want to make sure before I flash a friend's for the first time.
