Dalvik of ART?

Anyone know which is onboard? I'm curious because I'm from the nexus 6 and it's reboot time was incredibly long due to ART. It would recompile the apps during the reboot phase. Therefore lengthening the boot time. However the v10 boots up like lightening leading me to believe we're still utilizing dalvik instead. Is anyone thinking the same thing?

CPU-Z says it's running ART 2.1.0

After Android 5.0 Lollipop the ART runtime replaced Dalvik as the platform default and there's no way to change it back.

That's what I thought I remembered, that it was replaced. Just didn't understand why it is so much quicker when booting up. Thank you both
