Data down for anyone in the Great Lakes region?

Anybody having network data ailments this morning? Having them throughout the wee hours this am. (3rd shift sucks w/out my data) I'm shutout moreso than not and seeing in & outs w/ 1x and very, very brief pop ups on 3g. Very unusual for my area.
