If I do another back up it goes into a new folder (I'm assuming with a timestamp of sorts) and does not write over my initial rooting back up, correct? I assume this is the case since you say I can delete it. Once you say go I'm there.

It will be in the same foldr with a different time stamp.

Spelling error:

On the home screen when you swipe down you spelled thuderrom wrong

It shows: ThundeROM"

so question. on the notification pull-down, i notice it says "ThundeROM". where in the rom files is this changed? I'd like to change it back to "Sprint" for more of a stock feel.
thanks so much for all of this, by the way

I don't think you can change that.

First post, just got my new Optimus S and getting stuff set up. Have a question about partitioning the SD card. It looks like having the ext partition is a bad idea at this point in time, but what about setting up a swap partition? Will the swap partition actually be used by ThundeROM?

how long does it take before the LG logo screen is gone?

On first boot? Took mine around a minute.

I've run across a major issue (to me at least). Deleting something from Gmail on my phone isn't actually deleting it in my account, its just hiding it :(

Probably more an issue with the Gmail app. If you really need to delete the message, you can probably do it via the browser.

That said, I have my gmail account set to archive all messages once downloaded by my desktop. I've had one of my accounts since shortly after the service started (back when it was invite only :D) and it's nowhere near full - and I get a lot of email :P You really shouldn't need to delete anything like you do with other services :P

I delete SPAM and stuff like new post announcements I get ;)

What does:
Much improved memory management
mean?

the clock changes are nice, now I don't have to flash the overclocking kernel
I still use setcpu for the profiles

Do you think its worth while to use 'AutoKiller Memory' which adjusts the page settings for the internal android app killer?
