It doesn't actually kill tasks, it changes the limits in the built in android task killer so the android task killer will work faster or less fast depending on free memory

Doesn't actually run in the background, only to set these settings 1 time at boot
I used actual task killers and they killed my battery.
but my main question is, what kind of things do enhanced memory management mean? Adjusting these settings or other stuff?
