Dead spot on screen

I was using my note yesterday with the stylus and noticed that an area of the lower left screen was not as responsive. It still works but takes more pressure in that area for something to register.

I made a "note" with the stylus and by coloring back and forth I could see where it didn't work as well.

Has anyone experienced this?

It's probably hard to tell, but the circle in the bottom of the picture is where the screen isn't working properly.

That is crazy, I just got my case yesterday that has a magnetic kickstand. It hadn't even crossed my mind that that could be the issue. Thank you so much! Saved me a trip to Verizon tomorrow!

I have seen it with some off-brand view cases on previous gens. miss Katrina nailed it so I moved on. doesn't happen a lot, but it happens.

What case did you get? I'm expecting the Ultra Hybrid S case from Spigen with a magnetic kickstand..
