Downloading issue - Galaxy S4

My husband and I both got the new S4, his is working fine, however mine won't download apps or updates using the wifi connection. If I turn it off, downloads fine. Any reason why that would happen? We both use the same wifi (connected to our airave 2.5 and netgear router). I even did a firmware update to see if that would help but to no avail. Please help!!

Try following.
Swap Sims in phone. Check if thy work.
If thts not the issue. Restart router. If that don't help reset router. If nothing works ring your network.
