DROID BIONIC Jelly Bean Update

At some point having the most coverage and the best network isn't worth it given all the restrictions.

Actually I was able to keep an unlimited plan while getting a Razr HD recently through Costco. Had a family plan and only upgraded one of the three phones.

Thanks for the quick update Sam, seems like a quick change over to testing Build 21. (maybe a minor change?)

Sorry to be late to the party, but do the latest test builds of Bionic JB still have webtop 3.0? About the only thing I still use the Bionic for is my lapdock. I did an online chat discussion with Moto support today and the rep expressly wrote "We will no longer be including Webtop on the Droid Bionic when the Jelly Bean update arrives." Seems pretty unambigous. I asked her to call and she said this again. I asked her to elevate the inquiry. We'll see.

They're about as useless as it gets. Webtop is dead. It's not been touched since before ICS was finished....hence the bugs. It's not going to be touched in JB, either. Or ever again. All new phones ship without it. The Bionic will forever remain at the current webtop version. Period.

Thanks. This is fine, I knew webtop was stuck at 3.0 and was not getting any further updates, just so long as the JB update doesn't kill 3.0.

The Razr forums left this unclear. Some said JB updates to that phone still have it, others that they could not find it.

The build never left Moto. It failed internal testing. Which means it had a real problem not a made up VZW "issue".

That's too bad. Hopefully they don't find any issues for this build. Wish them luck.
