how can i fix my gt-19100 efailed to mount sd card invalid argument etc. issue in other way without using a computer and usb cable because the usb port of my phone crash

Hi,

I noticed that you helped many people to recover there phone. I would appreciate if you can help me to come out of this situation.

Problem Description

I am using Samsung NOTE II (Model : SGH-I317) and it hangs on boot screen (i.e. showing Samsung Galaxy Mono), i tried many things based on the suggestion on internet and nothing works.

Options I tried
Factory Reset ( I got error /efs not found and some more alerts like recovery logs not found, seems like a clear indication of OS corruption)

Odin however it failed on the recovery process

Based on your suggestion i tried Kies and its not able to search for the device, if i try option Firmware Upgrade or initialisation, it fails.

Please let me know what else i can do. Also, if i try for recovery, it ask for recovery code, which i am not sure from where i can get it?

Hello ! I m new here.
after long search I find out the site.
I am trying to process as per your instructions. but each and every time get result failure. kies shows download complete 100% but not installed the firmware in mobile . mobile staying in downloading mode, not take any reboot/restart even after 2 hours. I can't understand downloaded firmware installed or not to mobile. my questions (1) how many long times it would be take to process ? (2) after download the device would be restart or not ? if this process become fail again, what is the another process? awaiting your reply.

I realise you posted this message a while ago. But after my phone (Samsung S3) has experienced the same issues, I wondered if you could help.
Would this process delete all the photos, files and recordings on my phone. Or would I lose everything as a result of this? Any help would be much appreciated as I am really lost and need the files on my S3 for university.

Welcome to Android Central! The Note3 is ancient from a tech perspective -- 10 years old. It's most likely a motherboard or chip failure. Unless you have crucial data on the phone that you never backed up anywhere, it's not worth trying to salvage it.
