I can't see how / where to clear cache and force stop?
Can someone advise?!
Thanks

Here's what I've found:

1.Go into SETTINGS
2.Then select Apps (select the 'ALL' tab)
3.Select 'Google Framework Services' and Clear Data (please only clear data; Do not delete Google Services Framework completely)
4.Select Google Play and Clear data there too ( the same process as above)

5.Reset your tablet by switching on and off

Try resetting your home router just to be on the safe side

Hi, I'm having the same problem, we manage to download a few games before but now nothing, that message always comes on. But I am scared to try what you are saying in case we lose the ones we already have. What should I do?

Help.. I get the same error, but I managed to get some games before now I'm scared to try that method just in case I lose the ones I already have...what should I do?
