"I purchased the day I received the email. I have not received any notice that my order is in process nor has my card been charged. I checked my account and the phone is definitely ordered. I wrote to support and got an email saying they would check on the order. I have not heard back. I have a dark feeling about all this. Too much vagueness"
I have been stating my dubiousness for a few days now. For me, on a personal level, I wrote to customer service inquiring as to why my cc has not been charged nor have I received any update on shipping(I purchased on August 16th, one hour after the email came out). Though customer service is nice enough in their responses, there is never a response that is meaningful. The latest is that my account has been flagged for shipping to investigate why my phone has not shipped or anything resembling that. I am saying here, on the record, something is not kosher here. We are not being given the real story by Essential. I would even venture to say we will hear some major announcement about why they will not be shiping in the near future.
