Not thinking about it, my 3D is going on craigslist Friday before the deluge of phones start going on there. Going to use a blackberry in the meantime until the GS2 comes out. And people kill me putting so much emphasis on the "qhd" resolution, as if the SAMOLED+ screens dont take a dump on LCD screens with or without qhd. I have seen the Infuse screen and the display is still better than the LCD IMO, qhd or not.

Even more happy I went Evo 4.52 screen with only 800x480 screen is extremely disapointing. I could not live withthat

lol man get out of here with this BS. This video in terms of screens between the two speaks for itself. Ive always liked HTC phones but they have been losing the screen battle for some time now. I guess youre going to tell me the qhd looks better in this video huh?

Dude I have a galaxy s. The screen is amazing for color and brightness but the problem is pixel density on my 4in galaxy s I can pick pixels on it imagine the same resolution on a 4.5. I understand for many people they won't mind but it just bothers me lol

It's just another better phone. Soon the prime will trump the galaxy, where does it end? If you are within 30 days it's worth considering if not then it's foolish top keep chasing specs

My friend has a Galaxy S2 that he imported. The colors are nice, but after playing with touchwiz and seeing the pixels, there's no way I'd switch. Sense3.0 and 540x960 is just too nice. (I read a lot on my phone, and resolution is REALLY important for that)

No, I'm staying put. And it's not because I just moved to Sprint for the Evo 3D.

Although, looking at the pics, I dig this 4G icon in the notification bar on the Sprint version:

Anyone else want this for their Evo 3D? I sure do. Please don't tell me that's a Samsung thing...

Lol Vick is right. When will it ever end? I have seen people on here drool over one device, find out about something "better" on day 29, switch to that, then find something else but it coming out in a month so they ask if their 30 days start over if they switch to something else just to tide them over until... Well, you get the point. I picked the 3D and am very happy with it. I have not considered changing to something else. I am rooted, so I can make this device into pretty much what I want it to be. Heck, even if you aren't rooted you can still customize and find an app that will fill in just about any gaps you can think of.

still have a bad taste in my mouth from the instinct had hTC since original evo now have 3d and I am very happy.

I'm pretty sure I'm making the switch. My biggest let down with the 3d has been the camera. I briefly owned a Sprint Nexus and the camera optics on that were just simply superior. The 3d struggles to take great pictures.

I'm not for a few reason...

a) Love my Evo 3D. First time since..well..ever that I don't care what new phones are coming out in the near future...even the galaxy S II or the new nexus phone.

a) Touchwiz

b) Samsung update history are terrible. I had the captivate before getting my evo 3d and It is still waiting for Gingerbread.

c) KIES software (not sure if the galaxy S II requires it though for future upgrades on their phone)

Absolutely no regrets buying the Evo 3d one bit. I use this phone for pretty much everything now. I finally got rid of Itunes for music and moved over to doubletwist and I buy my music from HMV canada mp3 store. Also, watching videos/movies on this screen is, in my personal opinion, fantastic.

Looking forward to buying madden 12 and giving that a spin on my E3D when I buy it later on today (work nights, almost time to get to bed).

I think I will be switching. I originally wanted the Galaxy S2, but it took so long to get here, but now that it is here I will be giving it a try. I just do not if I should use my upgrade or just purchase the phone.

I agree. I read The Hunger Games trilogy all on the Evo3D and it was fantastic. I tend to get eye strain easily when reading an actual book and my eyes don't want focus correctly when looking away from the pages after a while. I had none of these issues after long reads on the 3D.

Staying with my 3d, I read a lot too and would notice the pixels also

I checked out the INFUSE at the ATT store and let me tell you....there were no pixel issues to be seen.

For me at least, reading was easier on the Infuse due the better blacks.
