own both and have minimal problems between them. One has Sense 3.0 which for what's it's worth is AMAZING. One is Pure Google. I will list some short pros and cons from my opinions on both
Pros:
Dual Core, 3D capabilities, Sense 3.0, great battery life, beautiful qHD display on 3VO
Beautiful AMOLED display, NFC, great battery life, & Pure Google experience on NexusS4g
Cons:
no 3D mms, no 3D email attachments, no HTC battery widget, small 3G issues here & there, and over sensitive capacitive buttons. (not to mention mine came with a slightly dim BACK button. don't care not sending back type of issue), don't like usb port on the side on 3VO
signal bars issues (don't care as long as i can make calls to be honest), no LED notification? (WTF google? big fail), do not like Android capacitive buttons layout AT ALL, no FB integration (i like contact pics), no 4G HOTSPOT? (if you have a fix i am all ears), weird charging %'s all the time. I never get an accurate number. on Nexus S
