sprint say they will release 3.25.651.3
on android central the link say 3.25.651.1. (http://www.androidcentral.com/evo-4g-froyo-android-22)
and it say software #3.26.651.3...............IS THIS GOOD OR BAD? LOL
I'm downloading it directly to my phone could that be the problem?
Seeing as this is not the official update will we be able to update on Tuesday and overwrite this with the official release with no problems?
it wasnt working which is why i tried setting it back to default![]()
Oh, well hell, I don't know- I'm sorry......lol Are you on 3g or wifi? Just curious if that is making a difference...
The directions below were PERFECT. It literally just finished as I saw your post. Can't get any better directions than this...
My assumption based on experiences with other systems is that if it doesn't recognize your current version as the version it wants you to have, it will attempt to put the newer version on your device. Does that make sense?
i actually tried both... :/ same issue both ways. dont have 4g here yet.
YouTube - HTC EVO 4G - Froyo update - problem with flash 10.1
mine says 3.26.651.3
At the screen with blue type, where you select "apply sdcard:update.zip", at the bottom of the screen I get text, in yellow, that says: E: can't open /cache/recovery/command
Then it errors out and I can't install. Any ideas?
same here it crashes both dolphin and regular
I had 10.1 installed previously from the developers forums... Not sure how to fix this![]()
I'm downloading it directly to my phone could that be the problem?
It won't do anything else? It seems like mine had a couple of errors, but I let it do it's thing...
