Hmm... I tried to load a facebook game and it wont work. It loads the first screen then there's a ! in a gray circle and that's it.

when i open flash in the app manager, it says

File version: 10.1.61.68 (assuming this is the file version i downloaded previously)
installed version: 10.1.72.7

when i select "launch" it says: Activity Not Found - com.adobe.flashplayer

i am thinking of maybe uninstalling it and seeing if i can download it from the app store..

edit: nm it wont let me uninstall it. says it was not successful

I updated with no problems following the instructions a few pages back. I didn't lose any settings or anything. Will try to load some flash though...

Had a similar issue when the phone 1st came out, but the 1st ota update cured it.

So far so good for me. Flash is working well, although some videos do stutter a bit. I had to do a factory reset a few nights ago so maybe that makes a difference.

Don't be scared. What's the worst that can happen? Do a backup and go for it.

Push the camera icon and it acts like its going to open but just goes back to the home screen.

Anyone know if doing a master reset will take the phone to 2.2 or back to 2.1?

I haven't noticed any adverse effects, so if you have it, might as well install it. And it's 5 days, not 3.

While not technically the final version, I doubt anything is going to change on Monday or Tuesday before they release it. The only drawback is that if you have any problems, you probably can't get support for it from Sprint or HTC.

Well im already rooted so support went out the window awhile ago, I think ill give it a go.

I've got the update installed. Everything seems to be running smoothly. Only thing I've noticed is that my 3g speeds seem to be much slower, at least using the speed test app. My wife's evo had the last ota installed and side by side on 3g her speeds are consistently about 150% to 200% faster than mine.anyone else notice this?

the camera has really improved. Its better than Vignette.
